Finalize idea and make design
First step when developing new product is to finalize product design, our team will help you to develop design and make sure that design is visually appealing to consumer and easy to manufacture as well.
Find suppliers and estimate price
We will find suitable suppliers that can manufacture your product and create cost breakdown, including the cost of molds, samples, basic packaging and bulk order price per piece.
Manufacturing of prototype
After design and estimated pricing is confirmed we can order initial prototype from factory. Depending on type of product factory will need to prepare mold first, if mold is not needed prototype can be started immediately, also if mold cost is very high we can first make 3D printed model for visual confirmation.
Customized packaging
Good packaging design is as important as your product.
Our design team will help you design and select customized packaging for your product. After design is finalized we will confirm price and delivery terms with packaging suppliers.
Bulk production
After finishing all previous steps and you confirmed prototype, product packaging and corrugated we can start with bulk order.
